We know it’s hard to make it to the track every weekend, or maybe you like going to other tracks. That’s why we have decided not to run our points races every Saturday. Gives you a chance to go and support some of the other local tracks, and giving the racer a chance to race at more than just 1 track.
We are excited about our jr. Program here at MCIR. The program has become bigger and better with each year. Of course we didn’t do it alone, we have a great support system here and that would be the parents of our young racers, as well as the many sponsors. Without this support we wouldn’t have a program like this. This program allows kids to come out to the track ages 8 to 17 and suit up, strap in and race. These kids are racing just like the legends have and of course just like their parents. How exciting to be 8 years old and have your very own dragster and fly down the track and all you see it that checkered flag.
These kids race their peers in near replicas of the models the pro’s drive. These thrill seeking kids are restricted to competition in half scale cars in the distance of 1/8 mile.
Come on out and support the future drag racers of tomorrow, while at the same time feel the excitement as these kids pull up, fire up, and roll to line.

*Winner & Runner-Up in each class will receive trophies
* Winner in each class will run off for the money.

**Breakout rules apply
**Buy run will be card drawn for the first round, after that it’s the one with the best reaction time for previous round.
**Flag is mandatory while jr is on the return road or pit area.

You must join MCIR points program prior to the start of the first round of eliminations your points start that day.
Points membership $40.00
All points members will be eligible to run the King of the Tack run off at the end of the season.
Top 4 in each class will receive saving’s bond at the end of the points yr.
1st $800.00 2nd $400.00 3rd $200.00 4th100.00
The top 3 points finishers in each class will earn the right to go to the bracket t finals.(LOCTION TO BE ANNOUNCED)
Each child is recognized for commitment to racing at year end banquet.
